Getting healthy, staying fit

A friend and I were talking recently about diet and exercise, and she pointed me in the direction of a great Web site she swears by: www.sparkpeople.com.

SparkPeople is a networking site that allows you to create a personal fitness and nutrition regimen that you follow in order to reach your weight-loss or fitness goals. Whether it’s calorie counting or goal setting, I’ve found it very helpful!
