Workout playlist

So, maybe one of your resolutions was to workout more. I mean, who doesn’t want to get more fit?!

Choosing the right songs to exercise to can help you work out longer, faster and better, according to a recent study. I’m looking for good songs to uplift and motivate me while I’m walking one of the many beautiful trails in Longview or riding my recumbent bike at home. I’ve got some Britney, Lady Gaga, a Springsteen song or two and others …

Any suggestions would be helpful!

I am a runner and love my ipod. My favorite song to run that last half mile to is “Learn to Fly” by the Foo Fighters! Get’s me going and pushes me that last bit!!!

I love to walk and SING! It works your lungs just like you are running but my legs don’t get tired as fast. In fact, any day of the week, you might find me walking down the road and belting out the soundtrack to Rent. It’s my favorite, especially La Vie Boheme.
