Sarah? Is this Sarah Palin? It can’t be? If so, don’t you remember your recent quote? “I told Congress, ‘Thanks, but no thanks,’ on that bridge to nowhere,” We the people cannot build a bridge if we are to “get over it” to nowhere which is where you and the LNJ are headed. So if you decide to build it, they will not come…

Thanks, LNJ, for giving us a little bit of fun. I know several of these but had a hard time identifying them as youngsters! Our sheriff with long hair and the Mack boys..wow! For all your complainers.. build a bridge and GET OVER IT!!!

Who cares… The LNJ should reimburse all of it’s readers for this shallow waste of one’s time…

This is a prime example of the silly, useless fluff that LNJ wastes time and space on. Did you actually pay one of your hard hitting reporters to put together these pictures? You should focus on news, not nonsense.

THE ONLY TWO THAT ARE SUPER OBVIOUS TO ME, IS: JUDGE BECKY SIMPSON, (still looks the same except, she now has bangs) and MAXEY CERLIANO. Don’t know the rest.

To me a local leader is someone who complains in every forum thread posted, who has lived here for decades apparently hates it and refuses to do anything about it. Or maybe it is someone who just doesnt understand that the time the paper is spending on this is not wasted, its filler, you are the one wasting time responding with negative comments, you are all idiots. Picture 9 is how I picture Jay Dean as a kid.

This newspaper is not big enough to post all the pictures of the citizens of Longview that are and have been leaders. Maybe the news journal staff needs to find better use of their time.

I believe Picture #1 to be Judge Robin Sage. If I am correct then , yes MAllen, she is a local leader who contributes much time to CASA, an organization for children who need an advocate in court. I have no idea who the guys are…but a few are pretty cute!!

How do you determine if someone is a local leader? Are these people that voluteer at Martha’s Kitchen, Highway 80 rescue mission, or volunteer at nursing homes?

The pictures and identifying is silly. Define what you think is a leader.
