JoANN & EMMA BROQUIE OF LONGVIEW
Easy English Muffin Pizzas
4 English Muffins (you can use whole grain English muffins for a healthy twist)
1 jar pizza sauce
2 ounces shredded cheese
16-18 slices pepperoni cut in half
Any additional toppings you enjoy
1. Cut the English muffins in half.
2. Spread pizza sauce over the tops and place cheese, pepperoni and additional toppings, if desired.
