"I was excited about trying out GoSMILE from Sephora! I had never used any teeth-whitening products before, so I was curious to see exactly how it was going to work. As I began using it, I was pleasantly surprised.
The first thing I noticed was how easy GoSMILE was to use. I used it twice a day for 10 days, just like the instructions said to do. Each application came in a small vial with a 'brushy' tip. The tip was saturated in the whitening solution, and I basically brushed my teeth with it for a minute or two, or until the vial was empty. After that, I wasn't supposed to eat or drink anything for 20 minutes as the gel-like solution sat on my teeth; then I rinsed, and voila! It was so easy to use! Plus, all 20 vials were small enough to fit in a compact box that was easily stored.
I must admit, the first few times I used GoSMILE, my gums were a little sore, but my gums are a bit sensitive, anyway. My teeth were never bothered by the treatment.
After a week or so I began to notice my teeth were whiter. They were also a more consistent color. Even when I flossed, I noticed there was very little to remove. That's because the solution is also described as oxygenating gum tissue, which reduces bacteria. My teeth were cleaner and whiter!
