"If I could be the champion of anything, I’d want to be the champion of giving. I’d want to be known as the Most Giving Champion. I want to be the person whose purpose in life is to give to those in need, or who uses my time to help all those around me enjoy life to the fullest."

"If I had to be an expert in something, it would be really cool to be the foremost authority in the field of genetic science. I find that field extremely interesting. Although I am only a telecommunications specialist, being a scientist would be the ultimate! It would just be the most amazing thing to be involved in the creation of numerous cures for the ailments of our time."

"Being a teacher, I would love to be a champion in the eyes of my students. I only hope that I can be what each of them needs me to be for them. I hope that I can encourage them to become the champion that is inside of them all."

"I would like to be champion for the cure of ovarian cancer. Today you hear a lot about breast cancer, prostate cancer and lung cancer, but little about ovarian cancer. My mother was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in August 2005. She has gone through two operations and two sets of chemo sessions, and still she lives in a world of unknowns. I’ve been with her every step of the way, but I still feel helpless. I will continue to walk with her each step of the way and pray that she stays healthy every day."

"I’d be the champion of making a difference by acts of goodwill. My 9-year-old daughter and I have a pact. Each day we try to make a difference regardless of how tired, busy or aggravated with life we are. We have a goal to make an impact. Sometimes, it’s buying a hot meal for the less fortunate and letting them know we care; speaking to the elderly and giving them a listening ear; helping the disabled or elderly carry groceries; or setting aside our shopping money to give to certain charities. When we go to the parks, we pick up trash to make our community a nicer place. The main goal each day -- make a difference!"
