"My love of life energizes me! Also, my family, with whom I communicate daily; my friends, with whom I spend time as often as I can; and my clients, with whom I work with daily to enable them to have as little stress as possible and a better life as they age! I embrace happiness and success at every level! Pessimism and failure are wastes of precious time, and I avoid them as often as I can!"

"Power naps. John F. Kennedy did the same. He set a great example, so I decided that would work for me as well. President Kennedy would hold a silver dollar in his clasped hand and sit down for a power nap. When the silver dollar fell out of his relaxed hand and hit the floor, his nap was over and he was back to work. Well, I do that except the noise of money hitting the floor would not wake me up, so I use a glass of ice water ... just kidding! But seriously, I do take an occasional power nap after a long day’s work before my second job (the 'after your paying job’ job)! Take your power naps!"

"I stick to the basics -- plenty of rest, water, exercise and healthy food choices. I always notice when I don’t keep up with these, because by the afternoon I'm already worn out."

"Taking a brisk, 10-minute walk seems to do the trick!"
