- Heather McPherson, 25, of Longview remained jailed Tuesday on $2,500 bond, charged with forgery of a financial instrument. According to an arrest report, a Longview police officer responded Monday to a forgery call at Skinner's Grocery on Judson Road, where the store owner said McPherson tried to pass a fraudulent check.
- Larry Ed Foster, 30, of Longview remained jailed Tuesday on $25,000 bond, charged with felony driving while intoxicated. According to an arrest report, Foster was arrested Monday at a wreck in the 4700 block of West Loop 281. The officer said Foster appeared intoxicated and he had a blood specimen taken because the other driver was injured.
- Robert Allen Freeman, 53, of Longview remained jailed Tuesday on $7,500 bond, charged with felony driving while intoxicated. According to an arrest report, Freeman was arrested near the intersection of Tenneryville and Harley Ridge roads after field sobriety tests registered his blood alcohol content at .24 and higher, about three times the legal limit.
