- Douglas Wayne Bailey, 32, of Hanesville, Carmen Alicia Cruz, 17, of Kilgore, and Shane D. Page, 20, of Longview remained jailed Saturday on $20,000 bonds. According to an arrest report, they were arrested Friday in the 2801 block of Bill Owens Parkway and jailed on charges of possession of a chemical with intent to manufacture.

- Dillon Kole West, 17, of Longview, remained jailed Saturday on $75,000 bond, charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. According to an arrest report, West was arrested by an officer Friday at Jason's Deli in Longview.

- Jerry Don Adams, 53, of Longview, remained jailed Saturday without bond on charges of delivery of a controlled substance. According to an arrest report, Adams was arrested by the Longview Police Department Friday at on S. HWY 31.

- Rhyan Caleb Williams , 19, of Longview remained jailed Friday afternoon on $8,500 in bonds, charged with robbery and failure to identify. According to an arrest report, a Longview police officer responded Thursday to a robbery call at the Summer Green Apartments on East Hawkins Parkway. The victim told the officer a man walked up behind her and put his arm around her neck. The man took her cell phone, a bag and tanning lotion bottles before fleeing. The officer found Williams running out of the parking lot of Chili's, with the stolen phone. Williams gave officers a false name.
