East Texas drilling report for April 23 through April 29.

Gregg County

- The Burford & Blow G.U. 3 Well No. 16 is located 10.9 miles southeast from Longview in the Oak Hill Field. Anadarko E & P drilled the well to a depth of 10,634-feet. When gauged on an adjustable choke, the well showed a potential of 1.027 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

- When gauged on a 24/64-inch choke, the A.J. Tuttle G.U. Well No. 5 showed a potential of 487,000 cubic feet of natural gas. The well is located four miles northwest from Longview in the Willow Springs Field. J-W Operating Co. drilled the well to a depth of 10,970-feet. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

- Samson Lone Star has completed the Flanagan Well No. 10 in the Danville Field. This well is located four miles east of Kilgore with a depth of 10,874-feet. This well showed a potential of 2.307 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 17/64-inch choke. Production is in the Travis Peak-Cotton Valley Consolidated formation.

Harrison County

- GMX Resources has completed three additional wells in the Carthage, North Field. The Ella Nolte Well No. 7D is located 11 miles southeast of Marshall with a depth of 10,030-feet and showed a potential of 939,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 30/64-inch choke. The Ella Nolte Well No. 6 is located 11.2 miles southeast of Marshall with a depth of 9,940-feet and showed a potential of 1.391 million cubic feet of gas when gauged on an open choke. The Blocker Heirs Well No. 10 is located eight miles southeast of Marshall with a depth of 10,178-feet and showed a potential of 935,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on an open choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

- The Lowry Gas Unit Well No. 4 is located 4.3 miles east from Hallsville in the Oak Hill Field. Sandridge Exploration and Production completed the well to a depth of 10,585-feet. This well showed a potential of 921,000 cubic feet of gas when gauged on a 27/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

- When gauged on a 1.75-inch choke, the JW Harrison Estate GU Well No. 1H showed a potential of 4.375 million cubic feet of natural gas. Wagner & Brown completed the well to a depth of 12,700-feet and is located 2.6 miles northwest of Karnack in the Woodlawn Field.

- Comstock Oil & Gas has completed the Bell Well No. 11AH to a depth of 9,478-feet in the Waskom Field. The well is located 4.8 miles east from Crossroads. When gauged on a 48/64-inch choke, the well showed a potential of 1.900 million cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

- The Oak Hill Field has seen the Mary Louise Waldron Gas Unit Well No. 9 completed by SandRidge Exploration and Production. This well is located 7.3 miles southeast from Hallsville with a depth of 10,450-feet. This well was gauged on a 48/64-inch choke and showed a potential of 527,000 cubic feet of natural gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.

Panola County

- The Ingram 2 Unit Well No. 11 is located 7.1 miles southeast from Carthage in the Carthage Field. This well was completed to a depth of 9,419-feet by ConocoPhillips Co. This well was gauged on a 22/64-inch choke and showed a potential of 1.365 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley formation.
