Longview's postseason plans came down the wire at the end of the 2013 regular season.

But the Lobos prevailed, topping North Mesquite, 3-0, in a play-in game to reach the playoffs for the first time since 2008.

Hallsville, Spring Hill, Harleton and Overton join the Lobos as teams in the area kicking off their playoff campaigns tonight.

Hallsville's series with Royse City was originally scheduled to begin Thursday, but was moved due to inclement weather.
