Upshur County grand jury returns 17 felony indictments

An Upshur County grand jury returned 17 felony indictments, including seven sealed indictments, during its Sept. 30 meeting.

Those indicted were:

<strong>Keith Wayne Henry</strong>, 37, of Gilmer on a charge of hindering secured creditor.

<strong>Terry Warren Dears</strong>, 68, of Ore City on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth).

<strong>John Norris Campbell</strong>, 50, of Diana on a charge of assault family violence with a previous conviction.

<strong>Jerry Dana Rush</strong>, 35, of Gilmer on a charge of assault family violence with a previous conviction.

<strong>Kelly Madelina Madden</strong>, 42, of Gladewater on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth).

<strong>Larry Fred Bell</strong>, 62, of Arlington on a charge of possession of marijuana.

<strong>Justin Heath Pettit</strong>, 38, of Henderson on a charge of evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.

<strong>Bobby Darrell Smith</strong> of Diana on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

<strong>Donald Wayne Moore</strong> of Tyler on charges of impersonating a public servant and evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
