A Saturday morning fire at a mobile home in Easton caused significant structural damage but no injuries, said Tom Scott, chief of the Easton Volunteer Fire Department.
Firefighters from Easton and Elderville responded to the fire. The call came in about 9 a.m., and the blaze took about two hours to contain, Scott said.
The residents, who were not home when the fire began, told Scott that they had been having electrical problems earlier in the week.
Scott said those problems could have started the fire, but an exact cause won't be known until the fire marshal completes his investigation.
