Former MLB pitcher named new Pump Jacks head coach

The East Texas Pump Jacks today named a former major league pitcher as their new head coach.

According to an announcement on <a href="http://pumpjacksbaseball.com/team/news/?article_id=607" target="_blank">the team's website</a>, John Foster, who spent time with the Atlanta Braves and Milwaukee Brewers, will be the fifth head coach for the team.

Foster spent three season in the major leagues during a 10-year professional playing career.

"We're looking forward to John sharing his experience and his passion for the game with our Pump Jacks players this summer," General Manager Mike Lieberman said.
