Gilmer: School bonfire Saturday night

The Gilmer Buckeyes annual bonfire has been rescheduled for Saturday night at Gilmer Elementary School, 1625 U.S. 271 North.

It was postponed because of rain.

Festivities are to begin at 6:30 p.m. with hot dogs, chips and drinks offered for sale. The cheerleaders, band and drill team plan to attend. The bonfire lighting is scheduled for 8 p.m.
