Christy Louise Leeth, 34, of Longview remained in jail Thursday on $20,000 bond, charged with assault causing bodily injury/family violence. No further information was available.

Michael Jerome Glenn, 46, and Erin Jamal Davis, 32, both of Longview, remained in jail Thursday on a $5,000 bond each, charged with burglary of a building. According to a police report, officers found Glenn and Davis removing furniture and appliances from a house in the 100 block of Melba Street. The pair said they had been asked to take the items by the former tenant, who was not there. The owner of the property said they did not have permission to be there.

Presley Pain Smith, 19, of Longview was released from jail Thursday on $10,000 bond, charged with felony robbery. According to a police report, he was caught taking beer from a store in the 500 block of East Marshall Avenue.

Nicholas Audas, 23, of Kilgore remained jailed Thursday on $5,000 bond, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to produce a driver license. According to a police report, Audas refused to leave a motel in the 700 block of North Access Road at checkout time. When officers arrived, they saw him leaving with two pillow cases. Audas then dumped out the contents of the pillow cases, which included a glass smoking pipe used to smoke marijuana, reports said.
