The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James and Deborah McCoy of Longview, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Jim and Lisa Wommack of Dallas, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Alice Wommack and Mr. and Mrs. David and Magdalena Hill. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jason and Rebecca Cheramie of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. He is the grandson Mr. and Mrs. Leonard and Laura Cheramie and Mr. and Mrs. Marc and Mary Jambon.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a sleeveless gown with an Alencon lace neckline with a lace drop waist and circular cut tulle skirt with floating appliques by designer Jason Alexander. The dress featured a v-back neckline with buttons leading into a cathedral-length train. The bride also wore a sheer cathedral-length veil with an Alecon lace trim and Tiffany’s pearl earrings, a gift from her father and stepmother. The bride carried a bouquet of peonies, garden roses, ranunculus and orchids.
Maid of honor was Erin Wommack, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids included Shea Benedict, Mary Cheramie, sister of the groom, Bridget Cloud, Kateland DeRouen, Chelsey Laborde, Lindsay Southwick and Ashton White, friends of the bride.
Best man was Myles Cheramie. Groomsmen included Brenton Addison, Craig Doland, Trey Dykes, Craig Fisher, Grant Guidry, Matthew Guidry and Jeffery Renton, friends of the groom.
Ushers were Jovi Cheramie, cousin of the groom and Joseph Kraska, friend of the groom. Lectors were Kristen Renton and Lauren Hyatt. Gift bearers were Garrett and Jill Arabie, godmother of the groom.
Following the ceremony, guests second-lined to the music of Kinfolk to the reception at Tomas Bistro.
After returning from a honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, the couple will reside in Metairie, Louisiana.
