Miss Paige Elizabeth Allen and Mr. Kyle Douglas Kriegel were united in marriage on Saturday, April, 25, 2015, at half past six in the evening at First United Methodist Church in Austin, Texas. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Doctor James K. Myers of LifeAustin Church. Music for the ceremony was provided by Scott Davis, organist, Bob Cannon, trumpeter, and the Barton Strings. Solosit was Ashley Yarborough who sang Amazing Grace. Following the ceremony, the family of the bride hosted a formal reception at The Driskill with entertainment provided by Jessies Girls. On the eve of the wedding a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the grooms parents at the Touchdown Club at Darrell K. Royal Texas Memorial Stadium.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Shelley Osborne Vester of Buda, Texas, and Mr. John Earl Allen of Austin, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dee Sterling Osborne of Houston, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Peter John Allen of Austin, Texas. The groom is the son of Mrs. Kelly Goswick of De Berry, Texas, and Mr. Doug Allen Kriegel of Marshall, Texas. He is the grandson of Ms. Darlene Klenk of Marshall, Texas, Mr. Gary D. Heard of Karnack, Texas, and Mr. Jerry Kriegel of Marion, Iowa.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a layered French Alencon lace fitted gown with a sheer illusion lace neckline and cap sleeve by Rivini. The ivory lace was laid on top of a silk organza sampled in the color naturelle. Paiges gown was customized with a chapel length train and featured a double-layered cathedral length lace trim veil by Ivory. In addition to her veil the bride wore a Swarovski crystal and freshwater pearl hair comb with floral design by Homa Bridal. For the ceremony she wore a Lazaro silk satin sash and at the reception she changed into an Anne Barge belt with hand embroidered crystals and pearls adorned with a floral motif and lace backing. The bride carried a classic, round nosegay bouquet of all white hydrangea, peonies, garden roses, stephanotis, ranunculus, and gardenia.
The bridal party wore Mist Grey tulle dresses designed by Jenny Yoo, and they carried bouquets of hydrangea, ranunculus, garden roses, cymbidium orchids, dahlia, and freesia in shades of pink. Serving the bride as Matron of Honor was the brides sister, Blake Sterling Gray of London, England. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Ann Fieller, and Audra Leigh Wolfe, both of Austin, Texas, Briana Lee Culmo of Atlanta, Georgia, Tallie Michele Kriegel, sister of the groom, of Marshall, Texas, Elizabeth Anne Krawczyk of Los Angeles, California, Kaitlyn Marie McGregor, cousin of the bride, and Logan Alexandra Vaughan, both of Dallas, Texas, Emily Ann Beckham, cousin of the bride, of Houston, Texas, and Megan Ireland Mitchell, cousin of the bride, of The Woodlands, Texas.
Members of the House Party included Danielle Augusta Devoto and Kia Alexis Igel, both of Fort Worth, Texas, Kendall Faber Hillary of Addison, Texas, and Ashley Melnick Yarborough and Ann Marie Velasquez, both of Austin, Texas. Serving as the Flower Girl was cousin of the groom, Miller Grace Goswick, of Longview, Texas.
Serving the groom as Best Man was Nathan Micheal Kriegel, brother of the groom, of De Berry, Texas. Groomsmen were Justin Jeffery Davidson of Elysian Fields, Texas, James T. Graham III of Austin, Texas, Matthew Scott Gray, brother-in-law of the bride, of London, England, Brody Allen Kriegel, brother of the groom, of Marshall, Texas, Mason Ryan Walters of Midland, Texas, and Matthew Thomas Zapata of Los Angeles, California.
Ushers included Beverly Welford Beckham V, cousin of the bride, of Houston, Texas, Britt Parker Mitchell of The Woodlands, Texas, Riley Patrick Wilson, cousin of the groom, of Keller, Texas, and Corey Grant Vester and Jack Duncan Vester, stepbrothers of the bride, both of Buda, Texas. Serving as Ring Bearer was Gary Duane Heard, cousin of the groom, of Marshall, Texas.
Paige is a graduate of Westlake High School. She attended Texas Christian University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is a member of the Rho Epsilon Chapter of Chi Omega Sorority.
Kyle is a graduate of Elysian Fields High School. He attended The University of Texas at Austin with a full athletic scholarship to play football under Head Coach Mack Brown. He graduated with Bachelor of Science degree. The groom is currently employed with Halliburton.
Following their honeymoon in Bora Bora, the couple will reside in Lafayette, Louisiana.
