Mr. and Mrs. Kippy Darrell Hopson of Huntington, Texas, and Mr. Mark Jeffrey Hurlburt of Kilgore are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashlee Renee, to Nathan Hill Heath of Longview.

Ashlee is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mary Jones Terry of Huntington and the late Gunis Eugene Jones, Sr. of Kilgore, and Mrs. Billye R. Hurlburt and the late Roderic Wright Hurlburt, Jr. also of Kilgore.

Nathan is the son of Mrs. Frieda Johnson Heath and Mr. James Neal Heath, Jr. of Longview. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Jewel E. Maxwell of Gilmer and the late Mr. William B. Johnson of Longview, and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Neal Heath, Sr. of Athens.

Ashlee is a 2007 graduate of Huntington High School and attended Kilgore College. She is the administrative assistant for the school of nursing at the University of Texas at Tyler, Longview University Center.

Nathan is a 2002 graduate of Trinity School of Texas in Longview. He attended Kilgore College. He is co-owner of Noisy Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

They will be married July 2, 2016, at First Baptist Church in Longview.
