Caitlyn Brooke Griffin and Christopher Lucas Wash were united in marriage on July 18, 2015 at the Pheasant Apple Orchard in Soap Lake, Washington. Caitlyns dress was made by college roommate, Abbey Jeske of Tyler.

Caitlyn is the daughter of Keith and Missy Griffin of Longview, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Virgil and Reta Griffin and Doris Davis, all of Longview, Texas, and the late Lowery Davis. Caitlyn is a 2009 graduate of Longview High School. She graduated from Le Tourneau University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Child Development. She is employed at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska working with military families and children.

Chris is the son of Mark and Kathy Wash of Ephrata, Washington and Rick and Darla Grubb of Soap Lake, Washington. He is the grandson of Tom and Delores Pheasant of Ephrata, Washington. Chris is a 2002 graduate of Ephrata High School. He enlisted in the Air Force in 2002 and has been stationed in Italy, Japan, and Korea. He is currently stationed at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, as a Technical Sergeant.

The couple now resides in North Pole, Alaska.
