Assistant City Manager Keith Bonds' humor was showcased Tuesday during a presentation on a new city of Longview animal shelter.

The city administrator displayed a Power Point with information about possible operating schemes for the shelter during a roughly 90 minute discussion about the center's operation.

Two slides in the presentation were of particular note.

The questions slide, which capped off most of the presentation's information and a slide transitioning the presentation into more specifics about the shelter contained single images of a nature offbeat from the serious discussion on who will run the $5.75 million facility.

Questions slide

The Questions slide features a cat tilting its head at an absurd angle.

Specifics Slide

The Specifics slide contains an oddly specific speed limit sign.

What do you think?  Do you like seeing city administrators infuse their personality into their work?
