East Texas country music musician Neal McCoy has been doing a decidedly patriotic deed each day and recently performed on Fox News on a decidedly patriotic day.

McCoy appeared on "Fox and Friends" on July Fourth and performed "Wink" from his "No Doubt About It" album. McCoy says on the show that the song was number one in country music in 1994, the year the album was released.

The country star has been doing the Pledge of Allegiance each day in videos on his Facebook page, and he has solicited the help of other stars for some of those videos. Back in May, McCoy visited the School for Little Children in Longview and performed the Pledge with several kindergarten students.

When asked on "Fox & Friends" why he started doing the Pledge each day on social media, McCoy replied that as crazy as politics and everything is now … we could all support our flag and our country.
