Join the Pittsburg-Camp County Chamber of Commerce for the 47th Annual Pioneer Days in downtown Pittsburg, Texas. Pioneer Days is a multi-day festival held the third week of September. This year activities begin on Saturday, September 14 with a new event, “The Little Miss Peach Queen Ball” and culminate on Saturday, September 21 with a day full of activities including vendors, a carnival, live entertainment, a parade, a car cruise and motorcycle run, a BBQ Cook-Off and a street dance featuring the Darrin Morris Band.

Additional activities include the Peach Queen Coronation on Wednesday, September 18 when this year’s Peach Queen, Miss Marandy Burrow and her court will dazzle the audience with beautiful pageantry and an evening of entertainment featuring countries from around the world as we celebrate “Pittsburg – A World Class Destination”. On Thursday, September 19, business professionals, civic club members and others will join together to attend the annual Pioneer Days Leadership Luncheon, featuring keynote speaker Leslie Satcher, a well-known songwriter and entertainer from Nashville. Several events are scheduled for Friday, September 20th including a free community wide hot dog and homemade ice cream luncheon, a Senior Expo and a Latino Heritage Night featuring DJ Paco Gonzalez.
