Longview pitcher Thomas Cox and outfielder Kris Shumaker earned first-team honors, and the Lobos placed five players on the second team with the release of the District 11-6A All-District Baseball Team for 2019.

Rockwall-Heath’s Miller Ladusau earned Most Valuable Player honors, while Rockwall’s Zach Henry (Offensive MVP), Heath’s Kevin Bazzell (Defensive MVP), Tyler Lee’s Tyler Hittle (Newcomer of the Year), Heath’s Jett Williams (Underclassman of the Year), Heath’s Rece Gustafson (Pitcher of the Year) and Heath’s Greg Harvey (Coach of the Year) also picked up superlatives.

Voting was conducted by the district’s coaches.
