East Texas basketball teams will be in Colleyville, Euless and Grapevine this weekend for the Texas Basketball Championships State Tournament.

Spring Hill, Canton, Lufkin Hudson and Huntington are all in the Class 4A boys division.

Spring Hill is in Pool 3 with Big Spring, Burkburnett, Ferris and Kennedale.

Canton and Lufkin Hudson are in Pool 2 together, along with Burnet and Lorena.

Huntington is in Pool 4 with Decatur, Caddo Mills and Waco Connally.

Spring Hill’s games today are against Burkburnett at 3 p.m. and Ferris at 7 p.m.

Canton will take on Lorena at 2 p.m. today. Lufkin Hudson is facing Burnet at 1 p.m. today. Huntington is playing Caddo Mills at 1 p.m. toiday and Decatur at 3 p.m.

Nacogdoches is competing in the Division 1 bracket. The Dragons are in Pool 2 with Fort Worth Brewer, Braswell and North Crowley. Nacogdoches is taking on Braswell at noon today and Fort Worth Brewer at 2 p.m.

Nacogdoches Central Heights is in the 3A division. The Blue Devils are in Pool 2 with Abernathy, Holliday and Leonard. Central Heights’ lone game today is against Leonard at 5 p.m.

Neches, Martin’s Mill and Tenaha are competing in Division 3. Neches and Martin’s Mill are in Pool 1 with Eula, Texline, Graford and Denton Calvary. Tenaha is in Pool 2 with Borden County, Wolfe City, Slidell and Lipan.

Neches will take on Texline at 2 p.m. today. Martin’s Mill will play Eula at 3 p.m. today. Martin’s Mill and Neches will then square off at 6 p.m. Tenaha is taking on Wolfe City at 7 p.m. today.

Pool play will continue on Saturday. Bracket play will begin Saturday night and conclude Sunday.
