Cass County officials release indictments, sentences

A Cass County court has released pleas, hearings and sentences:

<ul> <li>Terry DeWayne Bray, 32, Bloomburg, 10 years prison for assault on a public servant.</li> <li>George Odell Hartfield, 31, Avinger, six years prison for forgery by passing documents.</li> <li>Reginald Lamon Pace, 37, Atlanta, five years prison for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, five years prison for violation of a protective order, and one year state jail for possession of a controlled substance; sentences to run concurrently.</li> <li>Punshae Nucole Robinson, 29, Atlanta, two years state jail for possession of a controlled substance, community supervision revoked.</li> <li>Billy Rogers Oliver, 33, Atlanta, 18 months state jail for two counts of forgery, guilt adjudicated; sentences to run concurrently.</li> <li>Tammy Denise Everett, 47, Bivins, 10 years prison, suspended, with 10 years community supervision for assault on a public servant.</li> <li>Daniel Lee Brewater, 40, Hughes Springs, 10 years prison each, suspended, two counts of indecency with a child, sexual contact, sentences to run concurrently, with 10 years community supervision.</li> <li>Brenda Kay Carr, 32, Hughes Springs, two years state jail, suspended, and five years community supervision for two counts of driving while intoxicated with a child younger than 15 years of age; sentences to run concurrently.</li> <li>Gary Matthew-Burton Bradford, 19, Atlanta, five years deferred adjudication for retaliation, with community supervision with special conditions, to pay a fine in the amount of $2,000; to abstain from alcohol and illegal drugs and submit to chemical testing; to perform 300 hours of community service; to attend three Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous meetings weekly; to be on electronic monitoring for a period of one year; to have no contact with victim; to complete home study program; and to submit to DNA sample.</li> <li>Stephen Ray Parsons, 30, Atlanta, two years state jail, each, suspended, for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, guilt adjudicated, sentences to run concurrently, and five years community supervision.</li> </ul>
