Overnight freeze warning issued for East Texas

An overnight freeze warning has been issued for much of East Texas.
The National Weather Service has issued the warning to begin at midnight and last until 9 a.m. Tuesday.
The warning includes the following counties: Bowie, Franklin, Titus, Camp, Morris, Cass, Gregg, Wood, Upshur, Marion, Smith, Harrison, Cherokee, Panola, Nacogdoches and Shelby.
According to the group, high pressure will settle in the area late this evening. Clear skies and light winds will allow low temperatures to fall to freezing or below for most of the night.
