MARSHALL - Bonds were set at $50,000 each for the two men indicted in the 2009 murder of a Hallsville man.
Thomas Richardson Jr., of Tyler, and Harley Blake Vaughn, of Harleton were arraigned in 71st District Court for the slaying of Bobby Joe Inzer.
Rick Hagan, special prosecutor appointed in the case, said pretrial hearings for both have not been set yet.
"We'll work on that, but probably (they) won't happen until sometime in August," Hagan said Wednesday, noting a trial date has not been scheduled, either.
Richardson and Vaughn were 16 years old when they shot Inzer with his own weapons while at his home in Hallsville.
Because they are both now 20 Harrison County Court-at-Law Judge Jim Ammerman, who presides over juvenile cases, signed an order last month waiving juvenile jurisdiction for both defendants so that they could be tried as adults.
