Lobos' Leonard gets new offer

Dorian Leonard picked up offer No. 6 on Tuesday night.
Longview's rising senior receiver received an offer from San Diego State, adding it to previous offers from Texas, Oklahoma, Florida State, Texas Tech and Oregon State. He is also receiving interest from Oklahoma State, Tennessee and others.
The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder caught 21 passes for 444 yards and four touchdowns as a junior last season, while emerging as a deep threat and matchup problem for opposing defenses.
He is ranked the No. 2 receiver in Texas and No. 25 overall player in the state by Rivals.com. He is rated a three-star recruit by Scout.com and 247Sports.com.
He visited Oklahoma for its junior day in January and Texas prior to its spring game in March. He has said he plans to visit other schools over the summer before verbally committing prior the start of his senior season in late August.
