TYLER (AP) - Police say a fourth man has been arrested in the death of a woman caught in gang crossfire while at an East Texas park with her 3-year-old son.
Tyler police on Thursday arrested 18-year-old Elisha "E.J." Williams of Tyler on a murder warrant.
The case involves the July 30 fatal shooting of 20-year-old Briana Raquel Young. Her son wasn't hurt when gunfire broke out at P.T. Cole Park.
Investigators set up surveillance after getting information that Williams could be at a Tyler residence, where he was located and surrendered.
Bond was set at $1 million for Williams. Details weren't immediately available on an attorney for the suspect, who joins three other men taken into custody in the weeks since the fatal shooting.
