Gregg County grand jury issues 20 indictments

A Gregg County grand jury met this past week and returned 20 indictments. Five of those indictments were sealed pending arrest.

The following people were indicted (residence is Longview, unless otherwise specified):

Aggravated assault:

Anesha Creosha Jennings, 32, stemming from an Oct. 29 incident;

Ledarian Dearsey Dentrell Pickron, 28, stemming from a July 23 incident;

Aggravated robbery:

Santiago Galvan, 19, of Bullard, stemming from an Oct. 6 incident;

Assault family violence enhanced:

Jerald Wayne Harris, 50, stemming from a July 27 incident;

Thomas Owens, 22, stemming from an Oct. 9 incident;

Assault family violence impeding breath or blood enhanced:

Owens, stemming from an Oct. 9 incident;

Evading arrest or detention with a vehicle:

Robert Odell Smith, 35, stemming from a Sept. 2 incident;

Possession of a controlled substance:

Zachariah Edward Sudduth, 31, of Hallsville, stemming from a July 29 incident;

Jeffery Eugene Derr, 39, of Jefferson, stemming from a July 25 incident;


Justin James Johnson, 24, of Kilgore, stemming from a Sept. 21 incident;

Theft habitual:

Cedric Lamond Holt, 44, stemming from an Oct. 23 incident;

Theft of property of the value of $30,000 or more but less than $150,000:

Edward Shane Dreher, 48, stemming from a Sept. 18 incident;

Unauthorized use of a motor-propelled vehicle:

Cam Albert Robbins, 33, of Union, Mississippi, stemming from a Sept. 24 incident; and

Jack Virgil Crumpley, 31, stemming from a Sept. 10 incident.
