Tubb did not yet have details on how the tractors were recovered.

PREVIOUS: The Gregg County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after two tractors were reported stolen early Tuesday on Old Highway 31 in Kilgore.

Deputies were called around 8:15 a.m. to the 300 block of Old Highway 31, after it was reported that someone had stolen two tractors out of two separate barns between 5:30 p.m. Monday and 8 a.m. Tuesday.

The Sheriff’s Office described the first tractor as a two-wheel drive 1996 Massey Ferguson 362 with a Bush Hog brand front-end loader with dual hay forks, an extra-wide draw bar and a missing breather panel on the driver’s left side.

The second tractor is described as a four-wheel drive 2008 Kubota 9540, with a front-end loader with dual hay forks, an A-frame attachment on three-point hookup that has a hitch for bumper-pull trailers, a high ball for gooseneck trailers and a hydraulic bar for lifting.
