Water service for the city of Reklaw, consideration of the Rusk County Sheriff's Office's annual racial profiling report and possible adoption of a drug testing policy are on the agenda when the Rusk County Commissioners Court meets Thursday.
Commissioners will consider approval of a resolution authoring the county to submit an application to the Texas Department of Agriculture for funding on behalf of the Fairview Community for first-time water service for Reklaw.
It also will discuss for possible approval the racial profiling report and, separately, drug testing policy.
Commissioners also will consider adopting a pair of roads into county inventory.
The commission is scheduled to meet at 10 a.m. Thursday in the County Courtroom of the Rusk County Courthouse, 115 N. Main St., Henderson.
