Longview man sentenced to 25 years for Walmart aggravated robbery

A Longview man has been sentenced in connection with an aggravated robbery that occurred in 2015.
Brandon Clifton Cole III, 30, of Longview was sentenced Monday to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to a November 2015 aggravated robbery, according to the Gregg County District Attorney's Office.
Police arrested Cole on Nov. 28, 2015, in connection with an armed robbery that day in which a man with a weapon took an undisclosed amount of money from Walmart in the 500 block of East Loop 281.
Officers found Cole a short time later in the area of Harmon Drive and Eubanks Street.
Cole was prosecuted by Gregg County District Attorney Chris Parker in the 124th District Court with Judge Alfonso Charles presiding over the case.
