Julian Juan Andres-Duque, 19, address unknown, was held Tuesday without bond, charged with possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Longview police arrested Andres-Duque at 12:06 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of North Access Road.

Mark Allen Denham, 53, of Dallas was held Tuesday on $5,000 bond, charged with a third or more instance of driving while intoxicated.

Longview police arrested Denham at 8:17 p.m. Monday near East George Richey Road.

Branson Ty Dodd, 19, of Kilgore was held Tuesday, charged with possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance. Bond had not been set.

Kilgore police arrested Dodd at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday near Brook Drive and Meadow Avenue.

Ashley Nicole Harris, 31, of Longview was held Tuesday, charged with theft of less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Bond had not been set.

Longview police arrested Harris at 4:46 p.m. Monday in the 3000 block of Gilmer Road.

Bonifacio Billy Maldonado, 32, of Longview was held Tuesday on $20,000 bond, charged with a violation of parole, unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of between 4 grams and 200 grams of a controlled substance. Additional bond had not been set.

Gregg County sheriff's deputies arrested Maldonado at 12:17 a.m. near FM 1252 and Texas 42.

Stacey Leann Wall, 33, of Kilgore was released Tuesday on $5,000 bond, charged with possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance.

Kilgore police arrested Wall at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday near Brook Drive and Meadow Avenue.
