James Bryan Fears, 43, of Longview was held Tuesday on $5,000 bond, charged with possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of a controlled substance.
Longview police arrested Fears at 12:15 a.m. Tuesday near Birch Drive and Silver Falls Road.
Alex David Martinez, 18, of Longview was held Tuesday on $7,000 bond, charged with possession of a dangerous drug, possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance, possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana and several traffic violations.
Longview police arrested Martinez at 9:03 p.m. Monday in the 2400 block of Gilmer Road.
Richard Marcus Miller, 38, of Longview was released Monday on $5,000 bond, charged with a third or more instance of driving while intoxicated.
Longview police arrested Miller at 1:41 a.m. Monday in the 2700 block of Gilmer Road.
James Mark Morgan, 25, of Diana was released Tuesday on $4,000 bond, charged with possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, possession of less than 28 grams of a controlled substance and traffic violations.
Longview police arrested Morgan at 1:52 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of West Marshall Avenue.
