Keith Allen Steffen, 48, of Galveston was released Thursday on $4,500 bond, charged with possession of less than 2 ounces of a controlled substance and terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
Gregg County sheriff's deputies arrested Steffen at 11 a.m. Thursday.
Christopher Sean Parchman, 36, of Longview was held Friday on $47,000 bond, charged with possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance, less than 28 grams of a controlled substance, between 4 grams and 400 grams of a controlled substance, evading arrest and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
White Oak police arrested Parchman at 1:19 p.m. Thursday.
John E. Cutright, 59, of Marshall was held Friday without bond, charged with theft of property between $30,000 and $150,000 and misappropriating financial property.
Longview police arrested Cutright on Harrison County warrants at 3:15 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of East Tyler Street.
Glen Keith Capps, 59, of Lone Star was held Friday without bond, charged with possession of less than 28 grams of a controlled substance.
Longview police arrested Capps on a Cass County warrant at 1:31 p.m. in the 3400 block of Gene Drive.
