■ Jasmon Ashley Bisor, 18, of Longview was held Saturday on $100,000 bond on a charge of aggravated robbery.

Longview police arrested Bisor at 1:44 a.m. Friday.

■ Joshua O’Shay Hale, 25, of Longview was held Saturday on $13,500 bond on charges of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, possession of less than 28 grams of a controlled substance and possession of between 4 and 400 grams of a controlled substance.

Longview police arrested Hale at 10:13 p.m. Friday.

■ Nehalia Lynn Ingram, 18, of Longview was held Saturday on $100,000 bond on a charge of aggravated robbery.

Longview police arrested Ingram at 1:49 a.m. Friday.

■ Amber Lynn Stephenson, 40, of Kilgore was held Saturday on $40,000 bond on two counts of forgery of a financial instrument and without bond on three grand jury indictments of forgery of a financial instrument.

Gregg County sheriff’s deputies booked Stephenson into jail at 10:50 a.m. Friday.

■ Fred David Stubblefield, 43, of Longview was held Saturday on $2,500 bond on a charge of possession of less than 2 ounces of a controlled substance.

Longview police arrested Stubblefield at 11:11 p.m. Friday

■ Wilbert Lee Thomas, 56, of Longview was held Saturday on $5,000 bond on a charge of assault/family violence against a member of his family or household by impeding breathing or circulation.

Gregg County sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas at 4:10 a.m. Saturday.

■ Alphonzo Waters, 61, of Kilgore was held Saturday on $5,000 bond on a charge of felony driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

Gregg County sheriff’s deputies arrested Waters at 12:31 a.m. Saturday.
