■ James Collie Butler, 28, of Kilgore was being held Thursday on a $15,000 bond from Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 on a charge of burglary of a building and faced a payment plan on a warrant from Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 for no driver’s license.

Butler was arrested by Kilgore police at midnight Saturday in the 900 block of Main Street and booked into jail Wednesday.

■ William Cline Green, 42, of Longview was being held Thursday on a $20,000 bond from Camp County for bond forfeiture on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.

Green was arrested by Longview police at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Juniper and Evergreen streets.

■ Sandra Kim Langley, 49, of Longview was released Wednesday on a $20,000 bond on a charge of possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of a controlled substance.

Langley was arrested by Kilgore police at 10:42 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Texas 135.

■ Damarcus Ray Nobles, 52, of Kilgore was being held Thursday on a $20,000 bond on a charge of possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of a controlled substance.

Nobles was arrested by Kilgore police at midnight Tuesday in the 1000 block of Texas 135.

■ Latonya Laqueitha Pegues, 37, of Kilgore was being held Thursday on a $20,000 bond on a charge of possession between 1 gram and 4 grams of a controlled substance.

Pegues was arrested by Kilgore police at midnight Tuesday in the 700 block of Texas 135.

■ Peter Ernest Ryan, 50, of Longview was being held Thursday on $301,000 in bonds on two warrants from the 124th District Court after grand jury indictments on charges of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense; a warrant from the Gregg County Sheriff’s Office for bond forfeiture on a previous charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more offense; and warrants from the Gregg County Court at Law for theft of property by check valued between $20 and $500 and for bond forfeiture on a previous charge of theft of property valued between $50 and $500.

Ryan was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 9 a.m. Wednesday in DeSoto Parish, Louisiana.

■ Quardre Roshun Sneed, 44, of Longview was released Wednesday on a $10,000 bond on a warrant from Justice of the Peace Pct. 1 on a charge of theft of material-aluminum/bronze/copper/brass valued at less than $30,000.

Sneed was arrested by Longview police at 4:11 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of Mobile Drive.

■ Joseph Mitchell Wright, 33, of Longview was being held Thursday on a $50,000 bond on a warrant from the Gregg County District Clerk on a charge of aggravated sexual assault on a child.

Wright was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 6 a.m. June 13 in Lane County, Oregon, and booked into jail Wednesday.
