■ Patrick Travis Duke, 26, of Lone Star was released Friday on a $3,500 bond on a charge of theft of firearm.

Duke was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 12:39 a.m. Friday at U.S. 259 and Bar K Ranch Road.

■ Angel Lynn Gilmore, 27, of Carthage was being held Friday on a warrant from Panola County for bond forfeiture and failure to appear in connection with a charge of forgery of a financial instrument. Bond had not been set Friday.

Gilmore was arrested by Longview police at 2:57 a.m. Friday at the 3500 block of Gilmer Road.

■ Peter Mestas, 47, of Longview was being held Friday on a $150,000 bond on a warrant from the Gregg County District Clerk for bond forfeiture on a previous charge of possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of a controlled substance.

Mestas was arrested by Longview police at 5:50 p.m. Thursday at West Loop 281 and Toler Road.

■ Brayden Davis Smith, 23, of Longview was released Friday on $7,500 in bonds on charges of assault on a family/household member to impede breath/circulation and interfering with an emergency call to request assistance.

Smith was arrested by Longview police at 9:08 pm. Thursday at his home in the 2300 block of Bill Owens Parkway.
