■ Morgan Maxwell Bowman, 19, of White Oak was being held Monday on $4,500 in bonds on charges of possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.

Bowman was arrested by Longview police at 5:21 p.m. Sunday in the 3100 block of Estes Parkway.

■ Amber Michelle Dunlap, 30, of Kilgore was released Sunday on $17,500 in bonds on charges of unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of between 1 gram and 4 grams of a controlled substance.

Dunlap was arrested by Kilgore police at 9:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of North Kilgore Street.

■ Edgar Panameno, 21, of Dallas was being held Monday on $10,500 in bonds on a warrant from Dallas County for bond forfeiture for interfering with an emergency request for assistance and on a warrant from Kaufman County for possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana. He faced fines on warrants from Kaufman County for use of vision-reducing matter on windows glass-coating material and no driver’s license and awaited bonds from Gregg County on warrants on charges of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, driving while intoxicated and failure to identify as a fugitive or refuse to give information.

Panameno was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 10:25 p.m. Sunday on Texas 135 and Peavine Road.
