■ Ennix Blackmon Jr., 68, of Longview was being held Tuesday on a warrant from the 188th District Court on a charge of theft of property less than $2,500 in value, with two or more previous convictions. Bond had not been set Tuesday.

Blackmon was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 11 a.m. Monday in Upshur County.

■ Jederrion Davis, 21, of Longview was being held Tuesday on a warrant from the 188th District Court for violation of probation on a previous conviction for deadly conduct by discharging a firearm. Bond had not been set Tuesday.

Davis was arrested by Longview police at 8:30 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of Ridgelea Avenue.

■ Carolyn Dianne Franklin, 40, of Ore City was being held Tuesday on $40,000 in bonds on a warrant from the 188th District Court after a grand jury indictment on a charges of manufacture or delivery of 4 grams to 200 grams of a controlled substance and a charge of possession of less than 28 grams of a controlled substance.

Franklin was arrested by Kilgore police at midnight Friday in the 1800 block of Business U.S. 259 and booked into jail Monday.

■ Kaila Jacobs, 30, of Longview was being held Tuesday on a $3,500 bond on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Jacobs was arrested by Longview police at 6:30 p.m. Monday on Scenic Drive and West Marshall Avenue.

■ Jaqualyn Keeyun Randall, 19, of Longview was being held Tuesday on a $50,000 bond with conditions on a warrant from the Gregg County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Randall was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 2:15 p.m. Monday at the courthouse.

■ Christopher Glenn Rogers, 45, of Longview was being held Tuesday on a warrant from the 188th District Court for violation of probation on a previous conviction of manufacture or delivery of between 1 gram and 4 grams of a controlled substance and a faced a fine on a warrant from Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 for speeding. Bond had not been set Tuesday.

Rogers was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 2:17 p.m. Monday in Harrison County.

■ Gilberto Roman, 19, of Marshall was being held Tuesday on a warrant from the 188th District Court for violation of probation on a previous conviction of possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance. Bond had not been set Tuesday.

Roman was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 2 p.m. Monday in Harrison County.

■ Amber Lynn Stephenson, 40, of Kilgore was being held Tuesday on $110,000 in bonds on three warrants from the 124th District Court after bond forfeiture on three previous charges of forgery of a financial instrument, one warrant from Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 for forgery of a financial instrument and a warrant from Rusk County for forgery of a financial instrument involving an elderly person.

Stephenson was arrested by Kilgore police at 3:48 p.m. Thursday and booked into jail Monday.

■ Edgar Lee Walker, 64, of Kilgore was being held Tuesday on a $5,000 bond on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Walker was arrested by Kilgore police at 7:02 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of East Lantrip Street and booked into jail Monday.

■ Dominique Dan’yale Warren, 32, of Henderson was being held Tuesday on warrants from the 188th District Court for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information items and having a prohibited weapon. Bonds had not been set Tuesday.

Warren was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 9 a.m. Monday in Smith County.

■ James William, 26, of Tatum was being held Tuesday in a warrant from the 124th District Court for violation of probation on a previous conviction of theft of property less than $2,500 in value, with two or more previous convictions. Bond had not been set Tuesday.

William was arrested by Gregg County Sheriff’s deputies at 1:12 p.m. Monday in the jail lobby.
