I appreciate Rhonda Bullard’s sincere letter of apology (letters, Tuesday) in regards to the Koe Wetzel performance at the Great Texas Balloon Race. But isn’t it a little naïve to hire a person who historically gives less than family friendly performances and expect him to act contrary to his nature?
It reminds me of the fable of the frog and the scorpion. At the end, when the scorpion stings the frog, dooming them both, the scorpion says, “That’s just who I am.”
